DGAI lets you chat with your GDAT data — privately. Ask an AI plain-language questions about your DNA matches, shared matches (ICW), chromosome segments, and your matches' family trees — and get answers that use your relatives' real names, without those names ever leaving your computer when a cloud AI is used.
Ordinary AI chatbots would see every name in your database. DGAI doesn't send them. Before anything goes
to a cloud AI, every person, surname, place, and group is replaced with a stable token
(like [M1234] for a match or [S7] for a surname). The AI reasons over tokens; DGAI
translates the answer back to real names locally, on your screen. See
How Your Privacy Works for the full picture.
